The application for the First Term Skill Award Grant of the 2026 Academic Year will begin soon. Students who intend to apply must complete the system submission within the specified time and submit the relevant hard copy documents to the department office for compilation.

I. Application Period and Method

• Application Start Date: March 2 2026

• Application Path: Please log in to the eCare system to complete the "Certificate and Competition Report" and the "Skill Award Grant Application".

II. Required Documents

After completing the online application, please submit the following documents to the department office:

1. Skill Award Application Form printed after completing the system submission

2. Copies of relevant supporting documents certificates or award certificates

3. Copy of the first page of the student’s personal post office passbook

III. Important Notes

• Account Verification: The post office account number on the application form must belong to the student. Do not use the accounts of parents or other relatives to avoid payment failure.

• Information Accuracy: When filling in the "Award Information", please ensure that the total number of participating teams, the total number of winning teams, and the competition prize amount are correctly entered.

• Special Note for Chang Yang Industrial Scholarship:

  • Applicants who meet the eligibility requirements for the Chang Yang Industrial Scholarship and wish to apply must manually write "Apply Chang Yang" at the upper right corner of the printed application form.

  • Note: If the Chang Yang Industrial review is not approved in the end, the system will automatically convert it to a general competition award grant application.
